"True health is a birthright, but for me, it was a necessity for survival."
My journey began in 1993, at the age of 18—a path born not from a desire for luxury, but from a necessity for survival. Coming from a background of extreme hardship, where even two meals a day were a challenge, my body was a casualty of that struggle: malnourished, fragile, and incapable of physical effort.
"I was a student of this science long before I was a teacher of the art."
Within 90 days of stumbling upon Yoga, the transformation was undeniable. It was then I realized: Everyone deserves this science. Everyone deserves to be happy and healthy.
"The body is the instrument, and the mind is the musician."
I did not seek to teach for luxury. I sought to master the Yoga science so that I could offer others the same bridge I crossed—moving from fragility to strength, and from noise to stillness. Yoga is more than just movement; it is a gateway to profound Physical and Psychological Transformation.
"This isn't about being flexible. It is about finding a quiet strength."
For more than 33 years, my life has been a study of how ancient philosophy, living within the breath and bones of the human body, provides the solution to the complexities of modern life. It is about mastering the art of being still in a world that never stops moving.
True strength is not something we invent; it is something we inherit. My journey is a 3-decade devotion to the traditional way of learning —the Guru-Shishya tradition. I honor the roots of the practice to make sure every technique we use is precise. When we work together, you are connecting to a long history of wisdom that bypasses modern trends to find the source of human potential. True authority is not given; it is earned through the fire of personal experience.
We look at the practice through the lens of how the body actually works. By mastering the breath, we gain the ability to settle the nervous system. We move you from a state of "reacting" to a state of "presence." This helps you stay calm and clear-headed, even in the middle of a high-pressure environment.
Philosophy is our anchor. We apply the simple logic of Yoga psychology to the problems of modern life. This is about staying steady. We don't just clear your mind; we give you a way to filter out the noise so you can see what truly matters, even when life is complicated.
Beginning the path at 18 as a necessity for survival. This was the year the "hard-won inheritance" began—turning a body broken by hardship into a vessel for the science of Yoga.
After ten years of ardent, daily practice and devotion, I received the title of Yoga Shiromani (Teacher of Yoga). This was the first major milestone—a deep dive into the classical sciences of movement and Vedic philosophy. I practiced for a full decade before I ever dared to lead others.
Inspired by the principle of Karma Yoga (selfless action), we founded an initiative to support the education and well-being of children in remote communities across India, Africa, and Nepal. This work—sustained by charity classes and collective heart-centered contributions—has built homes for the underprivileged and provided medical assistance to those in need.
Even before the United Nations declared June 21st as the International Day of Yoga, we had already begun celebrating the practice in Spain in 2013. By blending the spirit of the Summer Solstice with the local tradition of Noche de San Juan, we created a space for inclusive celebration. The official UN declaration felt like a beautiful confirmation of the vision we were already walking.
I established Yogic Journey to serve as a bridge, guiding Western practitioners through immersive spiritual experiences in India. By curating journeys through sacred centers and rural communities, we offer practitioners an authentic engagement with India's heritage and the true essence of yogic living.
Recognized as a Yoga Acharya—a title earned through over two decades of total immersion. This signaled a deepening of the work, learning directly from the masters who came before me to ensure the lineage remains pure and precise.
During a time of global shift, I founded Vitality Queens—a movement dedicated to empowering mothers to reconnect with their well-being. By utilizing yoga as a pathway for renewed energy and self-expression, we created an online sanctuary for women to share their voices and cultivate personal growth.
Today, 33 years into the journey, I serve a quiet, exclusive group of leaders—from the entrepreneurs to C-Suite professionals across Madrid and Europe. I help them find their "Silent Edge," translating three decades of survival and mastery into the clarity they need to lead in a complex world.
