My journey began in 1993—born not from a desire for luxury, but from a necessity for survival. Having risen from a background of extreme hardship where the body was a casualty of struggle, I spent a decade in silent practice before ever daring to lead. I was a student of this science long before I was a teacher of the art.

I do not offer a new "system." I offer a bridge. I help translate deep, traditional wisdom into the simple language you understand and the grounded clarity you need to navigate the complexities of modern life.
